Advice – 3 week road trip Vegas, Sedona, Grand Canyon, Zion, Death Valley, Yosemite
Hi! So my fiance and I are looking for advice for an upcoming road trip. It's going to be in July (yes it will be v. hot). Here's our plan so far:
Las Vegas – found a cheap flight in and out, going to stay a couple nights and then rent a car and head East to Grand Canyon. From there we will head to Sedona for a few days, then up past Page to Zion. Stay in Springdale a couple nights and visit Zion. Then we were planning on heading back down and West through Death Valley. We booked a little cabin in Lone Pine for a night close-ish to Death Valley. Then planned on heading up the eastern side of the Sierras through Mammoth Lakes and across Tioga pass into Yosemite valley. We're going to stay a few days in the valley and hike there.
Now, here's where we don't really have too much of a plan. After Yosemite we should have about a week left to make our way back to Vegas. Anyone have any recommendations about what to do/where to go from here?
Not looking to push ourselves with too much more driving (like not really interested in going all the way to the coast), besides making our way back to Vegas.
Thanks so much!
